Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead technology projects for a banking client in the Philippines.

The role requires 5+ years in Delivery/PM, strong infrastructure project experience, and expertise in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. You'll coordinate with business and IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar role.
• Banking or financial services industry experience.
• Experience handling infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing IT projects and cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with business, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Provide regular project updates to management and clients.
