The role demands senior leadership in shaping governance, performance reviews, and investment prioritization while coordinating with Delivery Leads, Dev teams, TCOE, and Product Owners to optimize delivery and reduce risks across multiple units.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee enterprise portfolio management across multiple business units, programs, and strategic initiatives
• Define and execute portfolio governance frameworks, delivery standards, and operating models
• Ensure alignment of portfolio priorities with organizational strategy, financial targets, and business objectives
• Drive executive-level portfolio reviews, strategic planning, and investment prioritization with the Demand Ambassador
• Ensure effective risk management, issue resolution, and operational stability across initiatives
• Analyze squad and program burndown charts, velocity trends, and delivery metrics to proactively identify risks, delivery gaps, and optimization opportunities across solutioning and development phases.
• Collaborate with Delivery Leads, Dev teams, TCOE, and Product Owners to address delivery bottlenecks and improve sprint efficiency and execution predictability.
