Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a Process Improvement Officer to lead initiatives across Digital Channels, Access Points and Loyalty, driving store-level innovations and efficient operations.

The role partners with Finance, Marketing and L&D to design, test and deploy changes that improve profitability and customer experience while ensuring alignment with business goals and standards. Hybrid work in Ortigas, Pasig.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Management, IT or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledgeable in system integration, interconnection, and project deployment.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is an advantage.
• Experience in improving processes and services by enhancing store operations and loyalty/delivery tech.

Responsibilities

• Develops projects on process efficiency, customer experience and store level technologies for digital channels, access points, and digital loyalty.
• Coordinates and completes the knowledge transfer for proper store personnel training to L&D.
• Works with Finance on determining financial impact of initiatives on channels or access points.
• Monitors operations efficiency metrics/index based on audits, CSAT or other external trends.
• Monitors platform and access point metrics and communicates performance of feature releases.
• Executes onboarding of stores to existing and new access points, aggregator and digital payment platforms.
