Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product ownership, management, or digital product development.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and hybrid delivery environments (agile/waterfall).
• Strong customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and stakeholder engagement to define vision and success metrics.
• Own and manage the product backlog, write epics, and ensure acceptance criteria are clear.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and align with business goals.
• Lead UAT activities and verify delivery against requirements and stakeholder expectations.
