Job summary

WebBeds is seeking a Digital Analyst to drive automation and efficiency across business processes, leveraging automation technologies, RPA platforms, BI tools, and strong data analysis. The role emphasizes documenting workflows and fostering user adoption of new tools.

Responsibilities include identifying automation opportunities, maintaining project registers, and ensuring sustainable tool usage across finance, commercial, contracting, and corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of automation technologies, process optimization, robotic process automation (RPA) platforms, and workflow management tools.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems (Freshdesk, Zendesk), BI tools, and helpdesk/customer service roles.
• Experience in Travel or B2B organizations is preferred.
• Proficiency in documenting workflows, SOPs, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of BI tools, PowerBI, and SQL; ability to convey technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Review opportunities to automate or streamline business processes and assess ROI.
• Establish a project register for automation opportunities with clear timelines and accountability.
• Document all solutions and changes to ensure sustainable usage by users.
• Support employee engagement with technology and help develop their tech skills.
• Drive continuous improvement in technology usage across the organization.
