Acquire Intelligence is hiring a Reporting And Process Analyst to prepare and distribute key finance reports, automate data tasks, and improve process efficiency. You will work with automation tools and collaborate with the finance team to standardize reports and dashboards.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, data accuracy, and scalable processes within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for reducing manual tasks, ensuring timely data availability, and supporting finance

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in reporting, automation, or analytics in finance or shared services.
• Proficient with tools like Alteryx, Power Query, or similar; SQL or Python experience a plus.
• Familiar with finance functions such as AP, AR, general accounting, or financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to identify process gaps and develop tech-driven solutions.
• Able to manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced team setting.
• Clear communicator, capable of explaining technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and driving efficiency with automation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to resource for preparing and distributing key reports, data extracts, and invoice documents for the finance team.
• Ensure relevant documents are downloaded and processed before the workday starts to support smooth daily operations.
• Identify and address inefficiencies in manual reporting and data handling processes.
• Build automation solutions to reduce manual tasks and speed up delivery.
• Work closely with finance staff to align reporting workflows and ensure seamless data integration.
• Standardize recurring reports and create automated dashboards or templates to improve consistency.
• Document processes and automations clearly to ensure scalability and easy knowledge transfer.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting needs and support finance improvement projects.
