Qualifications

• Strong understanding of automation technologies, process optimization, robotic process automation (RPA) platforms, and workflow management tools.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems (Freshdesk, Zendesk), BI tools, and helpdesk/customer service roles.
• Experience in Travel or B2B organizations is preferred.
• Proficiency in documenting workflows, SOPs, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of BI tools, PowerBI, and SQL; ability to convey technical concepts clearly.

Digital Analyst

As you will be responsible for driving the use of digital tools and upskilling our staff to fully utilize the WebBeds technology investments across all areas of business processes, in particular finance, commercial, contracting, and corporate. Technology includes office applications, ERP, and the Microsoft Power Platform.

Role is responsible to deliver increases the personal productivity levels across all business lines by developing automation tools and ensuring their use.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess opportunities for removing or automating business processes. Evaluate the returns and value-added amounts for the process automation.
• Establish a project register for automation and process re-engineering opportunities. Ensure clear timelines, deadlines, and accountabilities and reposting transparency for senior management.
• Ensure all solutions, tools, and changes in processes are fully documented, and have sustainable usage for users. Support the tools and ensure users can operate technology in a self-sufficient manner.
• Support all employees’ engagement and usage of corporate technology. Assist in their technology skill set development, ensuring they can manage their own solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in the use of technology in corporate office and across the WebBeds Groups when requested.
• Review and assess opportunities for automating business processes, evaluating the return on investment and value added from process automation.
• Establish a project register to track automation and process reengineering opportunities, ensuring clear timelines, deadlines, accountability, and transparent reporting for senior management.
• Support employee engagement in technology and assist in developing their technology skills so they can manage their own solutions.

• Proficiency in documenting workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and data analysis.
• Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, PowerBI, and SQL. Understanding of customer service principles and delivering exceptional support.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality support.
