iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Senior Business Automation Engineer to partner with Finance and Operations in designing, building, and maintaining automation solutions that boost efficiency and accuracy across the organisation.

You will analyse processes, build AI-powered workflows, integrate systems, and automate financial reporting and reconciliations, delivering measurable improvements in speed and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4+ years in automation, software development, or systems integration.
• Experience designing and implementing automation that reduces manual effort and improves accuracy.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Operations, and leadership to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions that reduce manual effort and bottlenecks.
• Build AI-powered workflows and AI agents to improve decision-making and productivity.
• Create reusable templates, libraries, and workflow frameworks.
• Implement validation and quality controls for AI outputs and ensure reliability.
• Develop and maintain integrations between internal and third-party systems.
