Elevatione Time Stops PH Inc. is seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team in Poblacion, Makati City.

You will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns mainly on Facebook and Instagram to generate quality leads for the beauty, skincare, aesthetic clinic, and spa sectors. The role requires hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, and local lead generation, with a strong focus on performance analysis and ROAS.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Meta Ads management or digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising.
• Proven experience in local lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
• Experience handling advertising campaigns for aesthetic clinics, beauty centers, dermatology clinics, or spas is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, campaign structures, and conversion optimization.
• Knowledge of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and lead generation campaigns.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize advertising performance.
• Creative and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and advertising budgets effectively.
• Must be able to present previous campaign results, portfolio, or relevant work samples.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
• Develop and execute local lead generation strategies to attract potential customers for aesthetic clinics, beauty centers, and spas.
• Identify and target relevant audiences based on location, demographics, interests, and customer behavior.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including cost per lead (CPL), click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop engaging ad materials.
• Track leads and campaign results, providing regular performance reports and actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated on Meta advertising policies, platform updates, and digital marketing trends.
