Funnel Mastery Academy is seeking a talented Meta Ads Media Buyer to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our digital marketing operations. As a Media Buyer specialising in Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising advertising campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients. This role is integral to our growth strategy and offers the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge advertising technologies whilst managing significant budgets and delivering exceptional ROI to our partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategic Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and related platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs
• Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics and develop buyer personas for campaign targeting
• Create, test, and optimise ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to maximise click‑through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance
• Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating spend strategically across campaigns and ad sets to achieve optimal performance and return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Monitor campaign performance in real‑time using Meta's Ads Manager and analytics tools, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Conduct A/B testing on ad variations, targeting parameters, bidding strategies, and placement options to continuously improve campaign results
• Prepare detailed performance reports and campaign analysis, presenting findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
• Stay informed on the latest Meta advertising features, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage
• Collaborate with creative teams, copywriters, and strategists to develop cohesive campaign concepts and ensure consistent messaging
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve discrepancies between expected and actual campaign performance

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Meta Ads Media Buyer or Digital Media Buyer with at least 2–3 years of hands‑on campaign management experience
• Demonstrated expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising, including audience targeting, budget management, and performance optimisation
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and analytics; proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking systems
• Experience managing advertising budgets ranging from moderate to substantial levels, with a track record of delivering positive ROI
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Proficiency in spreadsheet applications (Excel) and familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex campaign strategies to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Detail‑oriented mindset with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Familiarity with funnel marketing, sales funnels, and conversion optimisation is highly desirable
• Knowledge of e‑commerce advertising or B2B digital marketing campaigns is a valuable advantage
