We are looking for a 5-Month Project-Based E-Commerce Platform (EPP) Secondee to support the day-to-day management and execution of Samsung's e-commerce campaigns and website activities.
The role will focus on e-commerce website management, creative and Key Visual (KV) coordination, promotional and pricing QA, product listing management, new SKU launches, and campaign activation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders and creative agencies.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Website Management
- Ensure that all active e-commerce websites are updated with the latest creatives, campaign materials, and promotional assets through the eSIS platform.
- Verify that all uploaded creatives are aligned with the approved campaign direction, promotional period, and Samsung brand guidelines.
- Coordinate closely with the E-Commerce Website Business Development Manager (BDM) regarding campaign assets, required formats, submission timelines, and updates.
- Monitor and maintain asset deployment trackers to ensure timely uploads and prevent delays in campaign execution.
2. Key Visual (KV) Coordination with Agency
- Serve as the primary coordinator for all e-commerce website Key Visual (KV) requests with the appointed creative agency.
- Provide the agency with complete campaign assets, product information, and promotional details endorsed by the Samsung E-Commerce team.
- Ensure that all KVs accurately reflect the approved campaign theme, promotional mechanics, featured products, and branding guidelines.
- Monitor revisions, secure necessary approvals, and ensure timely delivery and deployment of final creative materials.
3. Pricing and Promotional Management
- Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) reviews of product pricing and promotional mechanics across all assigned e-commerce platforms.
- Verify that discounts, vouchers, bundles, cashback offers, and other promotional activities are accurately reflected on each platform.
- Immediately escape any pricing or promotional discrepancies for correction and resolution.
- Monitor campaign schedules to ensure promotional offers are launched and deactivated on time, preventing outdated or incorrect promotions from being displayed.
4. Product Listing Quality Assurance and Optimization
- Perform continuous QA of the complete product portfolio across all assigned e-commerce websites.
- Validate the accuracy of product names, images, descriptions, key features, technical specifications, pricing, and promotional tags.
- Identify listing gaps and recommend improvements, including missing assets, outdated content, inaccurate specifications, or opportunities to enhance product visibility and conversion.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure product listings remain accurate, complete, and aligned with Samsung's merchandising standards.
5. New Product (SKU) Listing Management
- Assist in the end-to-end listing of newly launched products across all assigned e-commerce platforms.
- Gather and validate all required product information, including images, specifications, pricing, descriptions, and promotional details.
- Ensure all new SKUs are uploaded completely and accurately before publication.
- Conduct final QA validation prior to product launch to ensure readiness and compliance with platform requirements.
6. Campaign Activation Coordination
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of e-commerce campaign activations in partnership with the appointed agency.
- Ensure all campaign activations are delivered according to the approved marketing calendar and execution timelines.
- Manage creative requests and deployment of campaign materials, including but not limited to Key Visuals (KVs), Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs), printed collaterals, promotional banners, and other marketing assets.
