Job Summary
The Digital Growth & E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for executing marketing campaigns (paid and organic) and maintaining a smooth, conversion-focused website and e-commerce experience.
This role ensures that products, campaigns, and digital assets are accurately implemented, the customer journey is tested end-to-end, and marketing initiatives are properly reflected across the website and e-commerce platforms. The role works closely with developers for technical fixes but is not a heavy coding role.
This is a hands‑on, mid‑level position suited for someone with solid experience in digital marketing and e-commerce execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website & E-Commerce Experience
- Support website updates and enhancements using WooCommerce and Vue.js (implementation level)
- Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and categories
- Ensure backend data accuracy for clean and consistent front‑end display
- Implement content, layout, and minor UX improvements
- Test website flows including navigation, product pages, checkout, and promotions
- Perform QA checks before launches, sales, and campaign rollouts
- Identify website, UX, or technical issues and coordinate with developers for resolution
- Resolve basic website‑related customer issues and flag recurring problems
- Apply basic SEO best practices to website pages and product listings
2. Marketing Campaigns & Content Execution
- Execute digital marketing campaigns (paid and organic) and track performances
- Prepare, create, and manage campaign assets (static visuals, banners, short videos)
- Create content for website updates, launches, promotions, and social media
- Plan social media content calendars and posting schedules
- Ensure marketing campaigns are accurately reflected on the website and e‑commerce platforms
- Generate needed reports for brand’s marketing performances
Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, Multimedia Arts, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce, or website support
- Working knowledge website content management
- Familiarity with Vue.js or modern front‑end frameworks (testing/implementation level)
- Experience creating digital marketing content and assets
- Strong eye for layout, UX, and visual consistency
Skills & Tools
- E-commerce backend management (WooCommerce, Shopee, and Lazada)
- Website content updates, testing, and QA
- Design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Basic photo and video editing
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital advertising concepts (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
