About the role

CLE Global Pacific Sales Inc is seeking an experienced Diesel/Truck Mechanic to join our automotive trades team in Cabuyao City, Laguna. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work on heavy-duty diesel and truck vehicles in a dynamic and growing organisation. As a Diesel/Truck Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and truck systems, ensuring our fleet operates safely and efficiently. This role is integral to maintaining our service standards and supporting the operational continuity of our business.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and identify mechanical faults and issues in diesel engines and truck systems using diagnostic tools and equipment

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and component inspections

• Repair and replace defective parts, including engines, transmissions, brake systems, fuel systems, and suspension components

• Conduct comprehensive testing and troubleshooting of diesel engines and related mechanical systems

• Maintain detailed service records and repair documentation for all vehicles serviced

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations whilst working with heavy machinery and hazardous materials

• Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians to complete complex repairs and maintenance projects

• Assist in ordering parts and managing inventory of tools and equipment as required

• Provide technical advice to customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repair needs

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a Diesel or Truck Mechanic, with hands‑on expertise in diesel engine repair and maintenance

• Strong technical knowledge of heavy‑duty truck systems, including engines, transmissions, braking systems, and electrical components

• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, equipment, and computer systems for vehicle analysis

• Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record

• Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in automotive or diesel mechanics

• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards

• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions for extended periods

• Mechanical aptitude and a genuine passion for automotive work

• Preferred: Experience with fleet maintenance or experience in the automotive trades industry
