Job summary

B. Braun Philippines is hiring a Technical Service Executive to support dialysis machines and related systems. This hybrid role involves on-site installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, and user training across hospital and ambulatory settings.

The successful candidate will have a biomedical/related engineering degree, at least three years of equipment servicing experience, and strong documentation and communication skills. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum three years of experience servicing medical equipment.
• Knowledge of dialysis machines and ancillary equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Proficient in service documentation systems and recording activities.
• Excellent communication skills for training and customer interaction.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Installation and Commissioning of medical equipment per standards.
• Preventive and Corrective maintenance, diagnostics, repairs.
• Calibration and functional testing for performance verification.
• On-site and remote customer support with documentation.
• Deliver technical training to biomedical engineers and staff.
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
