EG HEALTHCARE, INC. is seeking a Service Engineer to install, demonstrate, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair dialysis machines and related equipment. The role includes training customers and end-users to ensure safe and effective operation of the equipment.

The incumbent will handle installation documentation, PMS reports, and parts/expense recordings, and will travel occasionally within the SOUTH AREA (Las Piñas, Parañaque, Muntinlupa, Cavite and Laguna).

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of Electronic & Communications Engineering.
• Fresh graduate board passer welcome.
• 2+ years relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Oriented on water treatment setup and/or with experience in medical device is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally.

About the role

The Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, demonstration, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and technical support of dialysis machines and related equipment. The position also provides technical and operational training to customers and end-users to ensure the safe, proper, and effective use of the equipment.

• Installation, demonstration, and commissioning of dialysis machines and related equipment

• Preventive maintenance of dialysis machines and related equipment

• Troubleshooting and repair of dialysis machines and related equipment

• Calibration of dialysis machines and related equipment

• Provision of technical support for dialysis machines and related equipment

• Technical and operational training to customers and end-users

• Completion of service reports and PMS reports

• Completion of installation documents and equipment records

• Documentation of parts usage and expense reports

Area Assigned

SOUTH AREA (Las Pinas, Paranaque, Muntinlupa, Cavite and Laguna)

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electronic & Communications Engineering

• With at least 2years relevant work experience is an advantage

• Can work with minimal supervision

• Excellent Communication Skills
