EG HEALTHCARE, INC. is seeking a Service Engineer to install, demonstrate, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair dialysis machines and related equipment. The role includes training customers and end-users to ensure safe and effective operation of the equipment.

The incumbent will handle installation documentation, PMS reports, and parts/expense recordings, and will travel occasionally within the SOUTH AREA (Las Piñas, Parañaque, Muntinlupa, Cavite and Laguna).

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electronic & Communications Engineering.
• Fresh graduate board passer welcome.
• 2+ years relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Oriented on water treatment setup and/or with experience in medical device is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Installation, demonstration, and commissioning of dialysis machines and related equipment.
• Preventive maintenance of dialysis machines and related equipment.
• Troubleshooting and repair of dialysis machines and related equipment.
• Calibration of dialysis machines and related equipment.
• Provision of technical support for dialysis machines and related equipment.
• Technical and operational training to customers and end-users.
• Completion of service reports and PMS reports.
• Documentation of parts usage and expense reports.
