B. Braun Philippines is hiring a Technical Service Executive to support dialysis machines and related systems. This hybrid role involves on-site installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, and user training across hospital and ambulatory settings.

The successful candidate will have a biomedical/related engineering degree, at least three years of equipment servicing experience, and strong documentation and communication skills. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum three years of experience servicing medical equipment.
• Knowledge of dialysis machines and ancillary equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Proficient in service documentation systems and recording activities.
• Excellent communication skills for training and customer interaction.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and work on-site.

As a Technical Service Executive at B. Braun, you play a vital role in ensuring optimal performance of dialysis machines and ancillary systems. You will be responsible for installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and technical training for end users. Beyond technical expertise, you will build strong customer relationships, act as the primary technical contact, and support service excellence through accurate documentation and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Your key responsibilities

• Installation and Commissioning— Install, inspect, and commission medical equipment per manufacturer and regulatory standards.
• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance— Perform scheduled maintenance, diagnose, and repair complex electro‑mechanical, hardware, and software faults.
• Calibration and Testing— Conduct calibration, functional testing, and performance verification to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Customer Support— Provide on‑site and remote technical support, document interactions, and build trust‑based relationships.
• Service Documentation— Record all service activities promptly in ServiceMax and other B. Braun systems.
• Training— Deliver technical training to biomedical engineers and clinical staff on maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Compliance and Safety— Follow B. Braun quality systems, safety policies, and healthcare regulations.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration— Work with technical support, sales, and operations to resolve issues and drive improvement.

Requirements:

• Must have aBachelor’s degreein Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
• Must have at leastthree years of experiencein servicing medical equipment; dialysis or renal care experience is an advantage.
• Strongtechnical knowledgeof dialysis machines and ancillary equipment, including calibration and maintenance procedures.
• Strongtroubleshooting and diagnostic skillswith the ability to repair complex electro‑mechanical, hardware, and software issues.
• Must be proficient inservice documentation systemsand able to record activities accurately.
• Excellentcommunication skillsfor training biomedical engineers, clinical staff, and interacting with customers.
• Willingness totravelto client sites and provide on‑site technical support.
• Ability to workindependently, prioritize tasks effectively, and respond promptly to technical emergencies.
