Job summary

B. Braun Group in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Service Executive to ensure safe operation of dialysis machines and ancillary systems in hospitals and clinics.

You will install, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment, and deliver on-site and remote technical support while documenting activities in ServiceMax. You will train biomedical engineers and clinical staff, uphold quality, safety, and regulatory standards, and travel to client sites as needed to ensure service excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years servicing medical equipment; dialysis/renal care is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of dialysis machines and ancillary equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and customer interaction skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at client facilities.

Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of medical equipment per standards.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnostics and repair.
• Calibration and testing to verify performance and safety.
• On-site and remote technical support with proper documentation.
• Provide training to biomedical engineers and clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and safety policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain thorough service records in systems like ServiceMax.
