The role emphasizes improving patient outcomes, managing budgets, and developing staff capabilities, with a focus on collaboration with internal teams and external healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably in dialysis services.
• Strong knowledge of dialysis operations, clinical processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in managing multi-site healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations, staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics, drive continuous improvement, and standardize best practices.
