The role focuses on efficient daily operations, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care while driving growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will oversee staffing, patient flow, budgets, and performance metrics, with a focus on improving outcomes and staff engagement across centers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Experience in dialysis services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations, staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics; drive continuous improvement and best practices.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff; lead succession planning and capability building across centers.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans; ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
