Job summary

Asian Development Bank seeks a Project Analyst (Development Effectiveness) for the Development Effectiveness Team in the PSTS Division of the PSOD. Based at ADB Headquarters in Manila, you will support the development effectiveness assessment, monitoring, and communications for private sector operations.

You will prepare DMFs, indicators, and results frameworks, conduct economic analyses, and assist with ex-post evaluations and knowledge products while coordinating with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business administration, public policy, development studies, statistics, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Provide analytical and administrative support to development effectiveness assessments.
Help define indicators and targets to measure development results.
Prepare DMFs, design and monitoring frameworks, and results measurement reports.
Collect, validate, and analyze development effectiveness data.
Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical papers on portfolio results.
