Job summary

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) seeks a Project Analyst (Development Effectiveness) to support PSOD's development effectiveness assessment, monitoring, and reporting for private sector operations.

Based in Manila, you will build indicators, conduct economic analyses, and help prepare frameworks and evaluation materials while coordinating with project teams and ensuring alignment with ADB policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business administration, public policy, development studies, statistics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in development effectiveness, results management, monitoring and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Support development effectiveness assessment and monitoring for PSOD projects.
• Prepare DMFs, indicators, and targets to measure development results.
• Conduct economic analyses and contribute to evaluations and research.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical papers on development effectiveness.
• Maintain records for compliance and support knowledge sharing.
