• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in development effectiveness.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with MDBs result management and economic analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and administrative support for PSOD's private sector operations.
• Contribute to development effectiveness assessment, monitoring, and communications.
• Prepare design and monitoring frameworks, impact statements, economic analyses, and evaluations.
• Coordinate with project teams and maintain records for reporting obligations.
