Asian Development Bank (ADB) invites applications for the Project Analyst (Development Effectiveness) position based at the Manila Headquarters. You will support PSOD’s development effectiveness assessment, monitoring, and reporting, crafting indicators, design and monitoring frameworks, and outcomes analysis.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in economics, finance, business or related field.
• At least 5 years in development effectiveness, impact assessment, M&E, or related area.
• Understanding of results frameworks, DMFs, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Ability to analyze development issues and project performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and administrative support to PSOD development effectiveness.
• Assist in indicators, targets, DMFs, and measuring development results.
• Review project documents for consistency of development narratives and monitoring.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and papers on development effectiveness.
