Job summary

Asian Development Bank (ADB) invites applications for a Markets Development Advisory Analyst to support market development and PPP activities from its Manila HQ. You will manage data, assist in TA projects, AP3F operations, and knowledge events under senior staff guidance, while coordinating with consultants and internal teams.

The role requires a degree in economics or related field, 5+ years of experience, and strong English proficiency, with a focus on data analysis, reporting, and knowledge

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English, with ability to communicate clearly.
• Experience with data analysis and creating notes, papers and reports.
• Understanding of markets development, PPP concepts and trust funds.
• Familiarity with data management and knowledge management activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical support for market development and PPP activities.
• Assist in TA and AP3F administration, tracking deliverables and actions.
• Support data management, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Prepare inputs for projects, including descriptions and monitoring frameworks.
• Draft PPP-related documents and support coordination between departments.
