Qualifications

• Previous work experience as IT/Desktop support is preferred.
• At least 2 years in college; IT-related courses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Helpdesk with Desktop Support tasks like deploying endpoints, keyboards, mice, monitors, and telephony equipment.
• Assist business and operations staff with helpdesk items.
• Support IT department tasks as required.
• Assist with team/training on applications.
• Monitor daily operations and improve processes for efficiency.
• Knowledge of telephony hardware and software.
• Other duties may be assigned.
