Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
Fresh graduate or 0–2 years IT experience.
Basic PC hardware knowledge and troubleshooting.
Familiar with Windows and Linux.
Familiar with Office 365.
Familiar with CCTV/IP cameras and NVRs.
Able to read and interpret documentation and work in a team.
Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
Setup, configure and deploy workstations.
Coordinate with Senior Service Desk Engineers, Infrastructure and Vendors for escalations.
Perform IT asset management and inventory tasks.
Assist in incident management during outages onsite.
Follow SLA and standards for level 1 tickets.
