Qstrike Innovations Philippines - OPC. is seeking an entry-level Desktop Support / IT Helpdesk professional to handle basic troubleshooting, desktop setup, and user account management.

You will provide on-site and remote support to end-users, document repairs, and help enforce security practices. The role requires a Bachelor's in CS/IT or related field, fresh graduates or 1-2 years' experience, good communication, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of industry experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Provide office site and remote technical support to end-users.
• Support for end-users applications and emails.
• Assist in resetting passwords and creating user accounts.
• Perform regular equipment check-ups.
• Maintain records of repairs and service requests.
• Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard systems and data.
