Job summary

Sundust Bros Corporation invites applicants for an On-site IT Helpdesk role in Quezon City. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science and 0–2 years of experience. It is a full-time role with health insurance benefits.

You will provide first-line technical support for hardware and software, troubleshoot system and network problems, assist in setting up new user accounts and workstations, and collaborate with the IT team to improve support processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
