Job summary

Davao Portal is seeking a graduate of IT/Engineering for a customer-service oriented role in Davao City. The candidate should have strong English communication skills and at least 1 year of PC/NB troubleshooting experience, plus familiarity with basic structured cabling (Cat5e & Fiber).

Experience in customer service is required. The ideal applicant will have broad experience with Microsoft Windows and MS Office, and be willing to work on shifting schedules.
