Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in computer science, information systems or related field and 4+ years of experience.
• Prior leadership roles and relevant experience with desktop administration.
• 3+ years of SCCM and/or similar desktop administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer desktop technologies including SCCM and AdminStudio.
• Provide Tier 2 support and guidance to IT for health system entities.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors on complex projects.
• Document policies, standards and knowledge base articles.
• Lead project efforts and mentor peers on desktop technologies.
• Prioritize work to meet SLA for projects and incidents.
