Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Network Engineer I to assist in enterprise network design, implementation, and ongoing support of network infrastructure across Health System and affiliates.

You will coordinate with technical and non-technical staff and vendors, perform analysis and troubleshooting on physical and virtual platforms, and document solutions. On-call rotation and a focus on policy-compliant delivery are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of network engineering experience with enterprise environments.
• CCNA or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize work to meet project and incident SLA requirements.
• Engage in tier 2/3 troubleshooting on issues identified with deployed services.
• Assist evaluation and recommendation of technical solutions for enterprise deployments.
• Document policies, standards and knowledge base articles.
• Coordinate with vendors and staff on complex projects.
• Provide guidance and training to peers as needed.
