Job summary

Philux, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented designer/Project Coordinator to support product development and showroom projects. You will monitor new products, coordinate with Production and Sales, and assist in sourcing materials and moodboards.

You will manage VIP projects, prepare drawings and prototypes, attend weekly retail meetings, and maintain organized R&D files to ensure timely delivery and quality standards across departments.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum College degree graduate, preferably Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track all new products in development and coordinate with the Production team until the completion of products.
• Update and present progress status reports for each product weekly during R&D meetings.
• Orient and coordinate the production and sales team on new products.
• Assist in sourcing materials, suppliers, etc.
• Manage Philux Project coordination and coordinate with Production and third party suppliers.
• Direct communication with clients and suppliers.
• Attend weekly retail meetings and assist on photoshoots or showroom displays.
