You will engineer products from concept through production readiness and review designs for DFM and production feasibility. You will develop and maintain CAD models and manufacturing documentation, build the digital product library, optimize CNC programs, and collaborate with Design, Production, Purchasing,

Qualifications

• Proven experience translating concepts into production-ready engineered solutions.
• Ability to review designs for manufacturability and production feasibility.
• Develop engineering specifications and construction details.
• Validate engineering changes prior to production release.
• Support prototype evaluation and production trials.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved product concepts into production-ready engineered solutions that meet design intent, structural integrity, manufacturability, quality, and cost objectives.
• Engineer products from concept through production readiness.
• Review product designs for manufacturability (DFM) and production feasibility.
• Develop engineering specifications and construction details.
• Resolve technical and manufacturing issues during product development.
• Validate engineering changes prior to production release.
• Support prototype evaluation and production trials.
• Develop and maintain complete, accurate, and standardized engineering documentation.
