Job summary

Philux, Inc. is seeking a design-driven showroom consultant in the Metro Manila area to drive end-to-end sales of premium furnishings and design services.

You will build relationships with clients, present products and packages, and guide space planning and product selection from initial consultation through post-installation follow-up. The role requires strong knowledge of furniture and materials, proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp, and the ability to coordinate with showroom and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Architecture / Fine Arts / Industrial Design.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design projects.
• Deep knowledge of furniture, materials, and spatial design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp or similar design software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-level Philux brand experience and cultivate strong relationships with clients to promote products, design services, and packages.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including consultations, needs assessment, space planning, and quotations.
• Provide design and technical guidance to clients and internal teams, including space planning, layout, material selection, and color coordination.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Executives, Sales Specialists, and Showroom Supervisors to support client projects and maintain sales pipelines.
• Maintain expert-level product knowledge, including construction features, furniture, home furnishings, and accessories.
• Stay informed on local and international interior design trends and industry best practices.
• Participate in showroom activities, training, and mentorship programs.
• Participates in other showroom functions including training and mentoring others, weekly sales meetings and activities, and inventory management.
• Advise clients on functional and aesthetic design factors, positioning self as a trusted design expert for high-end clients.
