Responsibilities

• Assist in developing conceptual and detailed design plans for special projects.
• Review architectural and engineering drawings including MEPFS for accuracy and compliance with design intent.
• Prepare preliminary cost estimates and timelines for proposed projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers during project execution.
• Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure adherence to specifications and safety standards.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and change orders; escape issues as needed.
• Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning ordinances, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to stakeholders.
