Job summary

Philux Inc. is seeking dedicated Production Staff to join our furniture manufacturing team. The role involves assisting in production, assembly, finishing, and quality inspection of furniture products while upholding company standards and safety policies.

You will help ensure production schedules are met and materials flow smoothly through the line. The ideal candidate is a high school graduate or vocationally trained, physically fit, and willing to work overtime when necessary.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or vocational training required.
• Experience in manufacturing or furniture production is an advantage but not required.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move materials.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in manufacturing and assembly of furniture according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate production machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform sanding, cutting, drilling, fitting, finishing, packing, and other production-related tasks as assigned.
• Conduct quality checks on materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Follow workplace safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and moving materials and finished goods within the facility.
• Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
• Support other production activities as required by the production team.
