Anonymous is seeking a Design Manager to lead the multidisciplinary design review process for utility-scale solar and renewable energy projects. You will oversee engineering teams, ensure technical quality, coordinate design reviews, and drive delivery from concept through detailed engineering.

The role requires coordinating civil, structural, electrical and other disciplines, establishing review procedures and schedules, mentoring staff, and interfacing with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of engineering experience, preferably in solar, renewable energy, power, or infrastructure.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams and design review processes.
• Strong knowledge of solar project design, standards, and project execution.
• Experience with utility-scale renewable energy projects is highly preferred.
