Job summary

CESS Industrial Corp. is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Solar) to oversee solar projects executed by third-party contractors.

You will review designs, monitor execution, and help resolve issues early to ensure on-time delivery, within scope and to quality standards. The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, licensed preferred, and at least 4 years of solar or electrical project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Licensed preferred).
• At least 4 years' experience in solar or electrical projects.
• Experience working with contractors is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems and electrical design.
• Experience in solar PV design tools such as AutoCAD and PVsyst is an advantage.
• Able to review technical drawings and project documents.
• Familiar with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC).
• Familiar with permitting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor designs (SLD, layout, BOQ) for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify issues early and propose practical solutions.
• Monitor project progress and timelines.
• Conduct site visits during installation to ensure workmanship and compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors and clients on project requirements.
• Ensure completeness of project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project turnover.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and handover documents.
