Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design civil and structural systems for power projects including substations and tower foundations.
• Prepare plant layouts and design plans.
• Create detailed drawings using CAD software.
• Conduct design studies, feasibility assessments, and evaluations.
• Prepare material take-offs, cost estimates, and bid evaluations.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders on technical requirements.
• Witness acceptance tests and assess equipment performance.
• Ensure designs comply with codes and standards.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and project records.
• Assist in resolving design issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Perform additional engineering and admin duties as assigned.

• Prepare plant layouts, overhead and underground layouts, and structural design plans.
• Develop detailed engineering drawings using civil, architectural, and structural design software.
• Conduct design studies, feasibility assessments, and technical evaluations.
• Prepare material take-offs, cost estimates, and technical bid evaluations.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and project stakeholders regarding technical requirements.
• Witness acceptance tests and evaluate equipment and system performance when required.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering codes, standards, and specifications.
• Prepare engineering reports, technical documentation, and project records.
• Assist in resolving technical design issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Perform other engineering and administrative duties as assigned.
