Job summary

Artelia Philippines is seeking an Architectural Designer to develop architectural designs, site plans, floor plans, 3D models, renderings, and detailed construction drawings in line with project requirements and building codes.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, conduct site inspections, and address design queries to ensure successful project execution and delivery, while leveraging AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, PlanSwift, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• At least 3 years of relevant architectural design experience.
• Experience in commercial, retail, or building services projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, PlanSwift, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine Building Code and standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site development plans, floor plans, and construction drawings.
• Develop accurate 3D models and renderings using Revit and Enscape.
• Prepare BOQ, specs, design calculations, and Basis of Design documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure design alignment.
• Conduct site inspections and respond to RFIs/RFAs.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and project standards.

POSITION PURPOSE

The Architectural Designer is responsible for developing architectural designs, site development plans, floor plans, 3D models, renderings, and detailed construction drawings in accordance with project requirements and applicable building codes. The role involves preparing technical documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders, conducting site inspections, and addressing design-related queries to support the successful execution and delivery of projects.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare architectural site development plans, floor plans, and detailed construction drawings.
• Develop accurate 3D models and realistic renderings using Revit and Enscape.
• Prepare architectural drawings, bills of quantities (BOQ), technical specifications, design calculations, and Basis of Design (BOD) documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and project stakeholders to ensure design alignment and compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and site assessments as required by project needs.
• Respond to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Approval (RFA) related to project execution.
• Ensure designs comply with the Philippine Building Code, applicable regulations, and project design standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and engineering projects.
• Experience in commercial, retail, industrial, or building services projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, PlanSwift, and Microsoft Office applications.
