Responsibilities

• Prepare concept plans, 3D renderings, and detailed design documents.
• Produce precise construction drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants on technical specifications and feasibility.
• Conduct pre-construction site assessments to evaluate conditions and gather data.
• Visit project sites during construction to monitor progress and ensure design alignment.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and resources within the budget.
• Analyze and recommend cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to procure materials and resources on time.
• Work with Marketing to align project aesthetics with branding and strategies.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other teams to streamline execution.
