Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, PlanSwift, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural site development plans, floor plans, and detailed construction drawings.
• Develop 3D models and renderings using Revit and Enscape.
• Prepare BOQ, technical specs, design calculations, and Basis of Design (BOD).
• Coordinate with internal teams and project stakeholders for design alignment.
• Conduct site inspections and respond to RFIs and RFAs.
• Ensure designs comply with the Philippine Building Code and standards.
