Responsibilities

• Produce architectural drawings, bill of quantities, technical specifications, calculations, and basis of design documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and project stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Conduct site inspections and site scoping as required by project needs.
• Respond to RFIs and RFAs related to project execution.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes and project standards.
