About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative, functional, and visually compelling residential and housing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong design and technical skills, with experience in housing or residential development, and the ability to transform concepts into high-quality plans, renderings, and working drawings.

The position is based at Pontefino Hotel and Estates, Batangas City and follows a hybrid work setup, with occasional site visits required to ensure project execution aligns with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, plans, and design solutions for residential, housing, and property development projects.

• Prepare high-quality 3D renderings, perspectives, and visual presentations for client presentations and design approvals.

• Produce detailed working drawings, construction plans, architectural details, and technical documentation.

• Apply principles of residential planning, space utilization, functionality, and design aesthetics to housing projects.

• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.

• Assist in resolving design, construction, and technical issues throughout the project development and construction phases.

• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning requirements, housing standards, and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably in residential, housing, subdivision, or property development projects.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Twinmotion.

• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, space planning, residential design, and construction documentation.

• Ability to develop creative, functional, and technically sound architectural solutions.

• Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Willing to conduct site visits when required.
