You will develop and mentor Regional and Territory Sales Managers, partner with internal leaders to shape sales strategies, and optimize processes to drive growth. The role requires a strong background in consumer financing, retail, or e-commerce, plus a proven track record of strategic planning and performance improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 7+ years in Sales/BD/Channel and Account Management.
• Experience in Consumer Financing, Retail, E-Commerce, FMCG dynamics.
• C-level network of contacts in relevant industries.
• Proven ability to design and execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Strong planning, organizing, listening, and communication skills.
• Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• College degree, preferably in Management, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration and other associated degrees.
• Minimum 7 Years of Experience in Sales/Business Development/Channel and Account Management
• Good understanding of any of the following: Consumer Financing, Retail, E-Commerce, and FMCG and its dynamics
• With C-level network of contacts in relevant industries
• Results driven, with experience and ability in conceptualizing and executing sales and marketing strategies
• Strong planning, organization, listening, and communication skills
• Basic IT Skills (Microsoft Office, and other applications)
