Job summary

Evonik India is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and partner with business leaders to attract and hire top talent.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, networking and talent pools; screen CVs, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers and build strong pipelines while ensuring policy compliance. This hybrid role is based in Mumbai/Thane and is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of corporate HR / Talent Acquisition experience.
• End-to-end recruitment experience across roles and functions.
• Strong sourcing, screening and interview coordination abilities.
• Proven stakeholder and hiring manager management skills.
• Experience in offer generation and salary negotiations.
• Vendor management and agency coordination experience.
• Proficient with Workday and/or SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to hiring.
