GSM - Green SM is seeking an Operations Manager (Depot) to oversee day-to-day depot activities, driver readiness, vehicle deployment, attendance, and overall productivity to meet company standards and KPIs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6–8 years of depot operations or mobility experience, plus strong leadership, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills to drive service quality and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 6–8 years of depot operations or related experience.
• Experience managing large driver teams or multi-shift operations.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily depot operations with driver schedules, attendance, and productivity.
• Monitor driver recruitment, headcount, turnover, and KPI performance.
• Oversee vehicle deployment, readiness, maintenance coordination, and asset management.
• Ensure service quality, identify gaps, and drive passenger experience improvements.
• Analyze operational data and revenue performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage the Operations team and foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Training, Fleet, Customer Service, Legal, and other teams on issues.
