Job summary

GSM - Green SM is seeking an Operations Manager for El Salvador City to oversee depot operations, coordinate driver readiness and vehicle deployment, and ensure safety, discipline, and service quality in line with company standards and KPIs.

You will lead the operations team, manage cross-functional coordination with HR, Recruitment, Training, Fleet, and Customer Service, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced onsite environment with flexible hours when required.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Leading Depot Operations – Oversee daily depot activities, driver schedules, attendance, operational discipline, issue resolution, and overall productivity.
