Tesla Motors Philippines Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Deployment Manager to lead the Supercharger site deployments across projects and ensure safety, budget, and deadlines are met.

You will oversee multiple construction activities and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high‑quality sites efficiently. The role requires a strong execution mindset, ability to manage design reviews, approvals, and procurement while maintaining clear reporting and proactive risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 3+ years of increasingly responsible estimating and project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction administration processes: contracts, budgets, schedules, submittals.
• Ability to discuss technical topics with contractors, engineers and cross‑divisions.
• Willingness to travel extensively and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build world-class Supercharger sites quickly, using capital efficiently.
• Provide design feedback to teams for faster, cheaper site builds.
• Coordinate approvals of drawings with subcontractors and consultants.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, issue Purchase Orders and Change Orders.
• Prepare weekly construction reports with photos and schedules.
• Expedite close-out tasks including sign-offs, commissioning and as‑built drawings.
• Maintain productivity and balance a large number of concurrent tasks.
• Foresee work and organize information for timely decisions.
